Are the party kits customisable to fit my specific event?
Can I purchase individual items from the party kits separately?
We’re sorry, our party kits are sold as complete sets. You cannot purchase individual items separately.
Although we do have options to buy kits for a set of 20 people and 40 people as well.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We are working on shipping worldwide but for now you can begin with Thailand and India

Assembling a party using our kits is quick and easy. It typically takes 30 minutes to set up or more, depending on the size and nature of your event
Am I too late to customise if my party is this week?
You are at the right place! Don't worry, we offer express shipping options for last-minute parties to ensure your party kits arrive in time for the event.
How do I go about ordering a completely customisable kit?
Just reach out to us via E-mail, Whatsapp or Line. We will hand-hold and take care of the rest from there.
