• India: We ship throughout India with shipping costs calculated at checkout. 

Shipping Costs (India):

We offer tiered shipping costs based on your order total. You'll see the exact cost calculated at checkout before you place your order.

Estimated Delivery Times (India):

We understand how important it is to get your party supplies on time! That's why we offer fast and reliable delivery:

• Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days (including processing time, except Sunday)

• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (including processing time, except Sunday)

Processing Time:

Orders typically take 1 day to process before they are shipped. We'll send you a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

There might be a delay in processing in circumstances not in our control, in such cases we will ship it within a week latest.

Important Notes:

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or carrier issues for Thailand shipments.

• For remote locations within India, delivery times may be slightly longer.

No Returns or Exchanges:

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges, we believe you would not need one either!
